1. DO I NEED A TAILOR TO TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS?
For ready to wear garments, customers can find their size from the size guide that provides final product measurements. For a perfect made to measure garment, we ask the customer to send their best fit shirt or trouser as reference. We also welcome our customers from Chennai to our Studio for Made to Measure and Bespoke experiences on appointment.
2. DO YOU HAVE SHIRTS IN DIFFERENT FITS ?
Yes, we provide Slim, Structured and Regular Fits. Slim Fit shirts are more fitted around the chest, waist, hips, shoulder and biceps. Structured fit shirts are more fitted around the chest alone. Regular fit allow for more breathing room around these areas.
3. WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR FABRICS AND ACCESSORIES?
Our fabrics are sourced from a handful of renowned manufacturers across the world. Our trims, accessories, and interlinings are carefully selected to complement the designs. We have LUTHAI and TESSITURA MONTI as our main sources for fabrics.
4. CAN I CHANGE MEASUREMENTS ON A CURRENT ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, it is very hard for us to change measurements. For us to deliver your order in the shortest possible timeframe, we begin production immediately. Send us an email at info@dfuse.in, and we will see if we can help you with your changes.
5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE AND SHIP?
Regardless of where you have ordered from India, an indicative time period for your shirt or trouser to be dispatched from our factory is 5-7 working days and 3-4 working days for our courier partners to deliver it to your address
6. ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please note that all our dispatches are made from a fully automated digitized warehouse which ensures that such instances do not happen. However, in the unfortunate event that this happens, we would request you to please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery on any of the support channels (Call/Email) with unpacking video and we would be delighted to help you. We will be doing an in-depth investigation and would require 5-7 working days for the same. Your patience would be greatly appreciated in this regard.
7. HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
We usually ship out all orders we have received in 5-7 working days. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a notification on registered email and contact number from us with details of the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order. 8. CAN I CHANGE OR MODIFY ADDRESSES/ORDERS THAT ARE ALREADY PLACED?
You would not be able to change any details or modify the number of items, sizes, or designs once you have already placed an order. You can place another fresh order with the desired modifications. We recommend you to get in touch with us at +91 86674 92440(10:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
regarding Address changes within 24 hours from the order being placed.
9. HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?
While placing the order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which will give you detailed information on sizes and fit, click on it and you will be able to figure your perfect fit and size. 10. MY PAYMENT FAILED WHILE MAKING A PURCHASE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
