- Kindly exchange the unused items with the price tags within 07 DAYS from the date of receiving the order. The returns are not applicable for made to measure and bespoke garments but are accepted for ready to wear products.
- Dfuse would not accept the products that are in bad condition. Torn garments would not be accepted. Dfuse would not accept products that have been altered by the customer in any manner.
- The exchange can be done by logging into the customer’s Dfuse Account. The customer would be asked to send the product with a reliable courier.
- In case of returns, the company WILL issue Dfuse credits. The process of Dfuse credits will be done after the company receives the product at the warehouse.
- Dfuse credits would be issued within 3 working days and can be used to make purchases from Dfuse.com only.
- The orders that are placed with Dfuse credits, the balance amount would be transferred to the Dfuse credits account as Dfuse credit points.
- Kindly pack and seal the products carefully. Write the address: RETURN ADDRESS: D-FUSE- THE GENTLEMEN’S THEORY, B-1, #38, NEW AVADI ROAD, KILPAUK, CHENNAI, TAMIL NADU 600 010.
- Alterations: Please inform within 10 days of receiving the order if you require any alteration on the garment. The discretion to accept alterations and determine the course of remedial action (alteration or remake) remains the sole right of Dfuse. Alterations are completely dependent on the margins provided in the product.

CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT
Replacement can only be done on ready to wear products and only in size if the product is available in the stock. Once the replacement request has been confirmed, our team would start the replacement process.
